We are currently filling two part-time positions for data entry & customer support. This position fields inbound phone calls from our in-field sales representatives & technicians, as well as some inbound calls from our customer base. The two shifts we are looking for are: SHIFT 1 M-F: 2-7 PM Sat: 2-7 PM Sundays Off SHIFT 2 M-F: 4:30-Close (normally between 9 & 10 pm) Sat: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM-Close (rotates every other Saturday) Sundays Off Eco Alarm is a fun place to work with lots of room to grow if you are interested!
-Answering inbound phone calls from our sales reps & technicians (you are helping on-board new customers and help technicians close-out various service tickets). -Answering some inbound phone calls from our customer base, helping them with various troubleshooting & billing related questions. -Maintaining a clean work space.
-Must be able to understand people clearly on the phone. -Must be able to communicate clearly on the phone. -Must be able to type at least 40 WPM. -Must be able to spell correctly (we are entering in information that pertains to our customer's security; it must be entered accurately). -Must be reliable. -Must be fairly well-spoken so our sales reps, techs & customers are able to understand you clearly. -Must have a basic understand of web-based applications and the ability to learn new technologies fairly quickly. -Past experience working for a Home Security Company would be great, but not required.
