    Job Description

    Dollar Loan Center is hiring a qualified Regional Manager In Training! The RMIT's primary responsibility is profitability through innovation and growth. This is accomplished through strong leadership and guidance and training to the staff, and by directing the day to day operations of the various stores. Excellence must be demonstrated in areas such as strategic sales capabilities, customer service, interpersonal and supervisory skills, organizational skills, and effective time management, problem solving, and negotiating skills.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include: Responsible for driving profit! You must excel in this aspect. Other duties that follow are critically important as they are the ways in which this is accomplished: •Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. Function as the key driver in identifying growth opportunities in the region. Create vision, strategy, and tactics including store development and sales building through direct interaction with staff •Develop and implement activities and strategies to continually manage and train staff behaviors which generate actions required to achieve regional sales goals •Analyze regions sales results, develop sales plans and metrics, and execute steps in order to enhance or improve the regions results. •Lead, supervise, and develop store management positions throughout the assigned region •Provide clear direction and structure for employees by translating the Business Strategy into day to day execution of company operations •Conduct both structured and routine evaluations and analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement within the region. •Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and evaluate the Operations Team, as well as complete performance reviews and provide constructive and actionable feedback •Other duties as instructed by your manager.

    Qualifications

    Background and Skills •HS Diploma or GED required •A college degree in economics, finance, or management would be a plus but is not necessary •3-5+ years of Progressive Operational Growth and Experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment •Multi-unit or multi-store management experience STRONGLY preferred •Strong financial and collections background with a clear understanding of consumer lending preferred. •English required/Spanish bi-lingual a plus. •Have reliable transportation. •Satisfactorily pass a background check. •Must be available to work between the hours of 9-7 M-F, and Saturdays 9-4, as well as rotating on-call availability.
