-Order/Quote Entry for Sales Force -Preparing International Shipping Documents -Resolving concerns for customers (Incoming calls/e-mails) -Processing returns, credits, replacement orders -Data Entry -Posting of FedEx & USPS letters and packages -Running monthly and quarterly sales reports -Basic reception duties (as a backup for full time receptionist) -Misc. software needed to complete tasks that will assist Sales Force -Misc. office duties as needed
