CirclePix is looking for an experienced Front-end Developer (FED) and UI/UX designer. We are in the process of re-designing our back office and other web tools and need someone to design a user-friendly interface for our clients. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the business vision, industry best practices and standards user interface (UI) development. You will provide direction for the future development of all front-end technologies. It is essential to have a flexible attitude and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with business owners, product owners, graphic designers, and developers to deliver a new front end technology. Salary is negotiable and based on education and experience. This is a full-time position based in our Springville, UT corporate office. We are closed weekends and major holidays. - Lead cross-functional design sessions, exploring the project strategy and mapping out potential user experience flows and designs. - Diagram interactions using a variety of tools including site maps, flow charts, and storyboarding. - Develop complete wireframe page diagrams and functional specs outlining UI goals with an emphasis on simplicity and ease-of use. - Optimize designs through usability research, site analytics, and A/B testing. - Work closely with our creative team to translate wireframes into web creative designs and oversee the build of functionality by our engineering teams. - Respond to UI demands as project requirements change. - Follow web coding standards and guidelines with great attention to page performance, SEO and accessibility. - Stay current with the newest online technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations Leading technical solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables such as screen layouts, user interface elements, and prototypes
