    Job Description

    Office Evolution – www.officeevolution.com - is one of the nation’s leading virtual office and executive suite companies. As a Business Center Manager, you’re the face and voice of Office Evolution to clients and visitors and will be responsible for all sales and operations at our location. In our business centers we provide services such as meeting space, live answer of telephones, professional mailing address, and dedicated offices. Our clients are typically local small businesses with 1-5 employees. Our culture is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, creative, fun, efficient and family-oriented. If you love autonomy, being the boss and helping small business owners reach for their dreams, we have an amazing job for you. You will have several hundred clients and you will be their “go to” person and best friend. Put your stamp on hundreds of businesses and make a difference in the world.

    Responsibilities

    Client Relations – You will provide a high level of customer service and foster a dynamic business environment. Inside Sales and Marketing – You will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the location including some inside sales. Location Management – Business Center Managers are proud of their location and keep it keep it running in tip top condition at all times.

    Qualifications

    Qualities Needed • You must love people; have a great sense of humor, professional dress and appearance; smile – and possess grace under pressure • A relationship builder with the ability to generate and maintain positive, effective relationships with clients, prospects, vendors, co-workers and community/professional contacts • A desire to ‘work with the boss’ (small business owners and professionals) and learn the business, to take personal responsibility for your own success without excuses, a willingness to ask for what you need – and the ability to make things happen Compensation, Benefits and Other Information: • Full time position, 40 hours per week, may rarely include weekends and evenings. • Starting salary range is $30,000-$33,000 annually plus incentives. • Reference checks and background screening are required for all candidates.
