Dynatronics is a leading durable medical equipment manufacturer and distribution company. Dynatronics is seeking a Part-time Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
This individual must be extremely dependable and will be responsible for: • Managing employee benefits • Overseeing worker’s compensation claims and notifications • Completing 401(k) and Cafeteria Plan testing and audits • Managing advertising for open positions and the onboarding process • Overseeing Payroll processing including coordinating with third party payroll provider (currently using Paychex) • Other administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: • Excellent communication skills • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to oversee programs for 130 employees located throughout the country • Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate work experience) and 5 years experience.
