Sterling ATM, Inc. is a Utah based design and manufacturing company that works with financial institutions nationwide. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years, making us the one of the fastest growing companies in Utah. To support our recent expansion, we are looking for an exceptional individual to position as Project Manager. The main purpose of this position is to create customer value through managing projects including product development, permitting, site preparation, product production and installation. Additional job responsibilities are listed below.
•Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements •Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities (including 3rd party vendors) •Serves as key liaison for customer and client throughout a project •Effectively applies our methodology and reinforces cultural and project standards •Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately •Coordinates and runs weekly project meetings as needed •Develops and manages medium to large scope project plan and other tools as required •Actively leads and motivates cross-functional and or multi-site teams for medium to large projects •Utilize knowledge to develop project timelines, identify risks, estimate costs, and requests resources for successful delivery •Track, manage, and report project costs and progress •Ability to quickly identify problems and come up with creative solutions that fall within a defined budget •Provide day-to-day support for multiple customers, providing updates and product recommendations on a regular basis •Effectively communicate with other department leaders to allocate resources between teams as needed •Participate in post-project evaluations with company management and operations to continually improve company know-how, cost estimating, and overall project effectiveness •Ability to travel when necessary to meet clients’ needs (5 - 15%)
•Proven organizational and detail skills •Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software systems (Access and Visio experience a plus) •Good facilitator with excellent verbal and written communication skills •Self-motivated and hard working •Proven leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment •PMP certification a significant plus •Direct work experience in project management, ATM or signage industry a plus •Bachelor's degree or equivalent
