We all know that sales can sometimes be a drag. Not at our office though. We are selling FUN! We are selling a LIFESTYLE! We are selling a super compelling demographic that practically sells itself! We are looking for individual sellers that must be motivated, sales driven, and success focused and will work directly with businesses to provide them with powerful solutions to their advertising needs across all our events. The position is responsible for increasing revenue through the development of new and existing relationships (with emphasis on new business development) and meeting a specific sales quota. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE
Specific requirements of this position include: •Seek out opportunities to drive incremental sales and new business opportunities over the telephone •Analyze clients' and prospects' advertising and marketing needs and consultatively recommend appropriate advertising solutions, quote rates and schedule events •Meet and exceed sales quota •Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications and Skills: •Demonstrate results in the solution-based selling process •Ability to make sales presentations and close sales over the phone •Manage pipeline with available tools and provide forecasts to management •Ability to thrive in a new and very fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines •Self motivated (willingness/ability to cold call repeatedly) •Ability to work a 40-hour workweek (M-F) •Excellent communication skills- written and verbal We Offer: •Competitive wages ($13/hr + bonus potential) •Dynamic work environment This is a great chance for performance-driven sales professionals who are interested in growing their careers with a new and dynamic company.
