    Job Description

    We're the Ogden City Constable's Office. We help Utah's courts implement and execute their orders. We're looking for Private Investigators or POST certified people to deliver and execute civil papers including, small claims notices, injunctions, subpoenas, summons, orders to show cause, and bench warrants. We will certify the right candidates. This posting is for Utah County and the surrounding area.

    Responsibilities

    Serve process throughout Utah County.

    Qualifications

    A background which would allow you to qualify as a Private Investigator or Deputy Constable; no criminal records. We will certify the right candidate if necessary Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Utah Driver's License, with good driving record. This position may require one or more of the following: prolonged sitting, standing, walking, running, ascending and descending of stairs, both inside and outside. Must be able to work varied days and shift schedules, to include some weekends and holidays.
