This Inside Sales Rep is an integral part of the Digi Salesâ€™ revenue strategy and participates in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities and the assignment of accounts to appropriate sales personnel. This position is responsible for outbound & inbound telesales activity and is accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth in assigned territories by identifying/closing new business, managing existing business and enhancing sales. Each Inside Sales Rep is assigned a territory and teamed with an Account Manager(s).
Key Job Responsibilities: â€˘Thrive in exciting, fast paced environment managing multiple ongoing activities â€˘Develop strategic relations with prospective Customers, assess needs and deploy appropriate resources to win product and solution designs â€˘Guide customers through the design, proto-type and production of specialized solutions that will best fit their needs â€˘Lead channel resources with joint sales activity in support of new designs and fulfillment â€˘Identify and develop custom products that fit the customer ability to operate efficiently â€˘Participate in team calls and meetings to stay up to date on team and Digi Sales, marketing and business development activity â€˘Maintain up to date knowledge on companyâ€™s products, services and technology trends and how they relate to the market space
Primary Job Requirements: â€˘3-6 years inside sales experience with 1-3 years of selling with embedded technology desired â€˘Experience in presenting complex sales solutions for prospect clients and successfully communicating value statements and benefits to different organizational stakeholders â€˘Demonstrates an infectious and relentless passion to gain acceptance of new ideas/concepts â€˘Strong project management and opportunity development skills â€˘Ability to work with peers and partners located throughout the US â€˘General experience in remote device monitoring, M2M, embedded solutions, RF radios (ZigBee a plus)
