Responsible for the day to day management of website testing and conversion efforts to maximize effectiveness of various traffic channels, while creating the best user experience possible. DUTIES ??? Setup and maintain user experience optimization and website conversion tests, using web analytics and statistical based testing methods and tools. ??? Create global and unique level testing and optimization plans to make major impact across all digital media campaigns. ??? Implement and execute processes to gather and analyze data across all web properties and make recommendations that result in higher conversion rates and improved user experiences. ??? Analyze profitability, quality and strategic goals as well as additional data to identify and suggest improvements in all areas that involve online media channels, user experience and conversion. ??? Evaluate and consolidate media channel specific improvement ideas to manage an extensive testing and improvement calendar that involves cross team collaboration and management. ??? Help define and operate processes for obtaining, organizing and prioritizing customer and visitor user experience and product suggestion feedback for all customer-facing properties. ??? Collaborate on overarching conversion strategies and programs including goal/target settings, objectives, segmentation approaches, offer strategies, key messages, and test parameters. ??? Become familiar with clients key assets and differentiators and effectively use them to influence online user behavior.

??? Bachelor???s degree or similar work experience ??? 3-5 years experience with online performance and analytics technologies, including web analytics, survey tools, multivariate tools and personalization engines such as Site Catalyst, Test and Target, Core Metrics etc. ??? Ability to disseminate data and provision recommendations to key stakeholders ??? Knowledge and experience with A/B and MVT testing ??? Experience working with online marketing and advertising channels ??? 3-5 years experience using data analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, etc. ??? Get it done attitude Desired but not required: ??? Internet direct response marketing experience ??? Lead Generation experience
