Our growth plans require that we hire an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team at our corporate offices located in Pleasant Grove, UT. The ISR promotes and sells through direct client contacts within an assigned geographic territory. The ISR will generate leads and will then cold call potential clients. The goal of the position is to identify prospective clients, nurture those prospects, schedule sales calls and identify sales opportunities for Navigator???s Sales Executives. Responsibilities: ??? Develop and build a pipeline of new business opportunities by using specific methods for territory development that includes cold calling and strategic research. ??? Learn the key features and benefits of products and service offerings. ??? Proactively cold call an assigned database of companies that fit Navigator products & services. ??? Qualify existing leads from our telemarketing department and other sources. ??? Manage and prioritize sales leads and direct prospects through a series of questions to further qualify and competitively position Navigator. ??? Proactively follow up with existing ???nurture??? prospective clients to engage them in a sales cycle. ??? Promote attendance at Navigator???s Friday morning web demonstrations. ??? Schedule appointments for the outside sales team when appropriate. ??? Submit reports of sales activities. ??? Maintain the level of key metrics to meet minimum activity requirements (call volume) on a consistent basis. ??? Maintain the sales database including setting tasks for follow-up, lead tracking and pipeline development efforts.

Qualifications: ??? Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. ??? Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role. ??? Proven track record of exceeding quota and business goals. ??? Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections. ??? Previous telephone marketing/sales experience. ??? Quick learner with demonstrated sales ability. ??? Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. ??? Persistent sales professional with extensive cold calling experience. ???
