Balance Transfer (BT) Account Managers utilize branded sales, listening and negotiation techniques to obtain balance transfers, offer fee products (only when BT is booked) and increase card usage after receiving or placing calls to existing Cardholder. BT Account managers resolve Cardholder requests for balance transfers and/or additional inquiries. BT Account managers respond to Cardholder requests and actively work to identify and provide services and/or card related offers/benefits, resulting in added value to the Cardholder. Position requires general servicing with a strong emphasis on being able to overcome objections specific to the given product and closing the sale. BT Account Managers may be required to handle calls from multiple skills channels.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and sales skills with a strong emphasis on being able to overcome multiple objections and close the sale. Have a clear understanding of products and balance transfer features and benefits. Have a strong desire to provide excellent Customer Service to both internal as well as external Customers. Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures Strong Communication and technical skills Strong sales ability. Attention to detail. Ability to meet and exceed productivity requirements Training for this position will begin Monday, December 2nd, for 3 weeks. Shifts available are Morning and Mid, Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays as assigned by management.
