Our customer leads are inbound, warm leads generated through marketing activities & partner relationships. You will identify customer needs then get customers set up with the iTOK service plan that best meets those needs. *Computer proficient *Sales experience; Prefer at least 1-2 years of inside sales experience *Honest and ethical sales practices with a drive to succeed and set new records *Solid communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multitasking abilities *Track record of success in past employment *Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment *Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales *Must pass a background check
