Purpose of Position Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, finding solutions, assist with gaming systems. Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements ???Provide excellent customer service ???Resolve inquiries by taking specific action ???Troubleshoot equipment and system problems ???Provide technical support including diagnosing, researching, identifying, testing and implementation of solutions. ???First call resolution ???Enters data from customers into software programs ???Appropriately communicate with upset customers ???Thrives as a team player ???Participates in additional training courses ???Performs other related duties and assignments ???Exercise retention efforts when appropriate ???Processing Credit card payments

Qualifications ???Six months Call Center experience preferred and at least six months Customer Service experience ???Must be 18 years old ???Type 30wpm ???High School Graduate or GED ???Ability to use desktop computer system ???Logical problem solving skills ???Proven oral and written communication skills ???Must have flexibility availability. ???Ability to use Windows operating systems ???Ability to work under pressure ???Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency ???Must have a keen sense of online gaming. ???Able to pass Background Check and Drug test ???Proven experience in overcoming difficulties ???Ability to understand and empathize
