Responsibilities: ??? Works with a regional Channel Manager to promote the sale of Jive???s cloud based products and services through Jive???s indirect channel (www.jive.com) within a geographic region. ??? Acts as the primary liaison between the channel and the Company ensuring timely, high quality responses to technical and business related needs and concerns (http://www.getjive.com/partners/programs). ??? Develops marketing, training and sales support programs with channel partners to ensure the Company???s products are actively promoted and supported. ??? Designs and Implements sales strategies to increase sales/profits to Jive and its partners. ??? Prepares sales plans and sales forecasts with sales management, and submits timely progress reports against objectives. ??? Works closely with Sales Engineering and System Engineering personnel to analyze customer technical environments and requirements. ??? Participates in providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams regarding customer product requirements. ??? Trains and directs the work of less experienced sales representatives with channel partners and/or the company.

Experience/Qualifications: ??? Broad sales or distribution experience in the telephony, IP, VoIP, PBX (premises or Cloud) and/or networking industries. ??? Prior experience in selling technical products and services to through channel partners requiring complex strategic, solution selling skills. ??? Demonstrated track record of success in selling ??? Experience in channel sales and partner development. ??? High level of enthusiasm and passion for market and business development.
