Family-owned since 1985, American Appliance is in need of a dispatcher for the office. American Appliance performs repair and/or replacement of HVAC and appliances. As a company, American Appliance has set the goal to be the best in all the markets it serves. American Appliance has an immediate opening for a Full-time Dispatcher. The applicant must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while being self motivated to provide exceptional customer service while interacting with customers and technicians by phone. The candidate will have experience gathering customer information and inputting the information in the computer. Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills and be receptive to constant coaching and feedback.

Job Qualifications: o Answer customer calls in a busy office environment o Schedule technicians to jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency o Enter customer data in the computer o Handle all customers in a professional manner o Provide timely response and feedback to the customer regarding customer questions HVAC background is a plus.
