Finicity Corporation is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant position. Primary duties included confirming and rescheduling coaching appointments over the telephone and fulfilling other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional telephone and customer service skills. He or she will also have a proven track record of being punctual, very detail-oriented, organized, and computer savvy. Previous Call Center experience is very desirable. * High School Diploma required, Bachelor???s degree preferred * Call Center experience strongly preferred * Experience in customer service highly desirable * Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented * Exceptional phone skills/etiquette and interpersonal skills * Excellent English language skills, including a clear speaking voice and good use of grammar * General computer skills required * Spanish language skills are not required but are helpful
