This position is responsible for executing steps of the consultative Software Solutions sales process: finding new business, uncovering the needs of the customer, presenting and demonstrating products, closing the sale, and maintaining the client relationship. As a member of our sales team, you will have an amazing career opportunity and high income potential. Consultative selling is expected: Take the time to understand, master and present the value proposition to all prospects and customers when given the opportunity. You will work to identify, engage, present and sell our Professional Software Solutions to businesses of all types. ??? CDIA+ or other network certifications are a plus ??? Applicant must be highly proficient with computers, including the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, and the Microsoft Office Suite. ??? Must have a general working knowledge of the following technologies: o Databases o Business workflows o Network printing, scanning, and faxing o Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Human Resources departments o Computer OS???s and network infrastructure/connectivity ??? Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of software sales experience ??? Love for technology and finding solutions to help customers ??? Learn to become an expert with all of the company???s Software Solutions offerings ??? Maintain knowledge of the competitive market and current technology ??? Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits & company services to prospects ??? Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve and exceed business goals ??? Must be an ambitious person with an aptitude for consultative software sales and great customer service ??? Ability to multitask with a strong work ethic and business acumen ??? Must be a team player who possesses a positive ???can do??? attitude, and is a self-starter who can take initiative, work independently and possess excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. ??? Excellent people and presentation skills, and a talent in working with both external and internal customers ??? Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to work under deadlines and specific time frames ??? Contact prospective customers, using self-generated and provided leads to make sales. ???
