Front desk responsibilities: Greets visitors/guests in person or via telephone for the purpose of providing information, taking messages, and directing to appropriate person. ??? Customer Service: Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email and general correspondence. ??? Perform general clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, etc.) ??? Order and mange office supply inventory ??? Mange retail showroom: includes inventory, replenishment, pulling and shipping retail orders ??? Manage retail and wholesale websites ??? General sales and marketing team support ??? Hand model for packaging :)
