    Job Description

    The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities for installations and deliveries, warehouse storage and handling for the hotel, interior designer and home builder markets. The Sales Manager will manage lead generation and sales development of installation projects, including new and remodeled hotels, motels, stores, etc using information from construction companies, project managers and access to hotel website information. In-bound customer leads will be followed-up with and developed to expand those relationships. Once leads turn to a prospect, the Sales Manager will coordinate with Management on rates for the project, then negotiate with customer to close the sale and look for ways to strengthen the customer relationship. The position requires persistent visits to potential clients and ability to ask key questions and close sales. The position will manage details of sales process, plus review past projects, customer comments, along with attend weekly networking events. There will be local and national travel to attend conferences and sales opportunities. In addition to the designer installations, we are looking to expand the hotel installation part of the business and are looking for an experienced sales person in the hotel/hospitality and deliveries market. What you bring to the position will help develop, shape and grow this aspect of the business. There is much opportunity within this position to develop a key area of the business with long-term scalability and advancement possibilities.

    Relocation costs may be covered.

    Requirements

    Self Motivating and Competitive Sales experience and training in lead generation, sales presentation, negotiation and closing experience Interior Design/Hospitality/Hotel industry knowledge a plus Willing to travel (local and out of state travel) Willing to attend networking events during the day and evening Must have clean driving record B.A. in Business Administration or Communications Competitive compensation provided, included base salary plus commission. Complete health and dental benefits offered along with 401K program.
