We are on a pace to grow ten times larger than currently size and have already quadrupled our space this year and are looking to continue that growth. This is not an opportunity with some fly-by-night company- we have found a place in the hearts of our customers because of years of dedication and devotion to the best products on the market. We design and manufacture products in the hearing protection and outdoor industry but have over a dozen new products that will be brought to market. Our marketing team has had to hold back on the marketing to make sure that our sales team is not overwhelmed with inbound leads. We want to get these leads into your hands as part of our growth process. This opportunity is for an inbound representative to guide prospects through the purchase process. THERE IS NO COLD CALLING!!! Just answering calls with GREAT prospects.

Responsibilities: We need determined candidates with unsinkable attitudes. We are high energy and fun loving and looking for others who know how to work. You will take inbound phone calls from individuals who have expressed interest in one or more of our products. Your job will be to listen and return with an option to make an impact in their lives. Requirements We are not a call center- just a ???Built in America??? business who has been rewarded by its customers with remarkable growth. Sales are a part of what we do but we only sell the products that fit with our product line that we have created and manufacture. Experience has shown that candidates who see them selves as successful after the first 90 days can be described this way: ??? Hard working. ??? Experienced in selling on the phone and capable of communicating well. ??? Strong verbal skills. ??? Great at learning the needs of the customer and describing what will meet those needs. ???
