Prosper is currently seeking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Provo team. Applicants must be self-motivated and possess an enthusiasm for excellence in their work. A Student Care Representative invests both time and emotions into the position. Working with current students and customers that are actively changing and enhancing their lives for the better, is privilege. Student Care assists these students in many different areas, but we are always here to provide the help needed when questions or issues arise. Our mission is to provide top of the line customer service for Prosper students! Duties/Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep will include, but are not limited to: ???Interaction with other employees daily while addressing customer issues ???Answering inbound and placing outbound phone calls daily ???Responding to customer and inner office emails daily ???Responding to customer voicemails within 24 hours ???Collecting billing information for customers ???Defusing issues with upset customers when issues arise ???Attend weekly team trainings/meetings.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    Qualifications: Must be able to handle many projects at once and effectively deal with the team. Qualified applicants must be customer service oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the desire to perform at a high level with an emphasis on quality. Punctuality is a must. Individual will take ownership of issues until they are resolved; individual must also have excellent problem-solving skills, even when solutions may not be clear. Also being open minded and teachable and willing to learn our company???s products so you gain additional knowledge to assist our customers. Must be able to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Education/Experience: Experience: 1-2 Years Education Level: High School Graduate or GED
