Overview: Responsible for ensuring Clients and their Guests have a satisfying dining experience through performing a variety of event set-up and food and beverage duties. Detailed: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following minimum qualifications ??? Provides the highest level of service in accordance with Cuisine Unlimited standards. ??? Event set-up and break down. ??? Coordination between kitchen and dining room. ??? Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival. ??? Prepare tables and chairs for clients with glassware, silverware and necessary tools. ??? Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables. ??? Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after guests finish meals. ??? Clean and set-up dining areas, refill condiments, roll silverware, and stock service areas. ??? Acting as point of contact between guests and other units of catering firm. ??? Providing support of the Event Captain to manage the event. ??? Offering help to the Chef???s and Kitchen Staff in relation to food and beverage preparation and Client???s order processing. ??? Mixing drink as to clients??? request to their satisfaction. ??? Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards. ??? Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position. ??? Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers. ??? Maintains full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information. ??? Ensures that Clients and Guests have a positive and memorable experience with Cuisine Unlimited. ??? Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling. ??? Other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Knowledge: ??? Wine and liquor knowledge preferred ??? Ability to work full-time in December a plus ??? Passion for fine dining, entertainment and atmosphere

Requirements: ??? Knowledge of fine dining and event management ??? One year Server and/or Bar Tender experience ??? Current Food Handlers Permit / Alcohol Certification ??? Ability to lift 25+ pounds ??? Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays ??? Excellent people skills and outgoing personality ??? Reliable and punctual ??? Hard working, honest, team player ??? Maintains a professional appearance at all times Physical Requirements: ??? Moderate to high levels of physical activity ??? Requires handling objects 25 plus pounds ??? Ability to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours at a time ??? Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk, which require following basic safety precautions
