Responsible for providing support to the program instructor as they provide technical instruction and support to the students in the culinary arts program. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the operations and oversight of the program when the instructor is not present; daily meal production; verifying student competencies, and assisting with student retention to meet membership hour goals. Working Hours: 9:00 am ??? 1:00 pm M-F
Relocation costs may be covered.
Minimum of three (3) years combination of related work experience and post-secondary education in culinary arts or the restaurant industry. Associates degree preferred. Baking and Pastry emphasis preferred. ACF Certification preferred. Serv Safe or equivalent Food Safety Management Certification required. Preference will be given to those individuals that have teaching experience. Must be familiar with word processing, email, operation of a Windows-based personal computer, and POS System.
