General Summary of Position The Production/Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising the warehouse including the production/re-pack and Costco roadshow areas. Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling production and kitting, building kits, re-packing product, pulling inventory, working in a production/assembly and warehouse environment, and overseeing the Costco roadshow builds and returns. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience supervising a production team, very strong organization skills and attention to detail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Kitting -Working with Supply chain to ensure packaging and product are ordered. -Building different types of kits from product as needed to fulfill orders -Working with Supply Chain to ensure all kits are made and ready to ship. -Working with a team to fulfill orders accurately and on time. Re-Pack -Working with Supply Chain to determine packaging is ordered. -Re-packing inventory that has damaged packaging. - Working with a team to fulfill orders accurately and on time. Costco Roadshow Shipping/Receiving -Overseeing to ensure shows are pulled correctly and accurately -Making sure shows ship on time -Receiving and processing show returns Other duties -Supervise production and warehouse team. -Keep others motivated -Order Fulfillment -Maintain warehouse -Keep records of metrics -Communication with Costco team and warehouse manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to speak English and clearly communicate with co-workers, employees, and vendors. Ability to use computer for inventory tracking and systems (preferred MAS 200). Able to problem solve, highly motivated, well organized, punctual. Able to perform tasks in a timely manner. Education and Experience Requirements -5+ years of experience in operations and/or production/assembly. -Experience supervising multiple employees -A college degree is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects (~50 lbs) Compensation Salary: DOE Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
