General Summary of Position Barebones is looking for a qualified individual to generate revenue and create a successful strategy to generate and improve Revenue year over year. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $60-70K/year + Commission. Health, dental.

Duties & Responsibilities Generate deals, generate and increase revenue Help establish and maintain a multi-year sales strategy Establish channel selling strategy Identify activities and mediums that will support the sales strategy Manage customer relationships Communicate opportunities for retail display and product to all departments Hire and train sales team Create a profitable pricing strategy Organization -Reports to the President Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ??? Critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required. ??? Excellent verbal, written communication skills required ??? Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. ??? Distinct knowledge of large and small retailers and their buying techniques. Education and Experience Requirements ??? 5+ years of experience in Sales ??? 3-5 years of experience in retail sales. ??? Outdoor consumer product experience preferred. ??? BA/BS degree in Business with an emphasis in Sales, Finance or Statistics preferred. MBA preferred. ??? Microsoft Office Suite
