Volkswagen SouthTowne is a busy, thriving dealership looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join it's team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Investigate customer's problems and find solutions. - Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter. - Hire, train, and terminate customer service agents. - Provide scripts to read from during phone calls. - Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by sales consultants. - Resolve complaints and order issues. - Ask customers to provide feedback on sales consultants and customer service experience. - Analyze data and statistics. Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction. - Isolate and identify areas of improvement. - Help train sales consultants on how to adequately address problem over the phone or how to write correspondence. - Work with management on customer service initiatives. - Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in customer service and/or retail. Management experience preferred. We are looking for a professional, go-getter with a winning, positive attitude. Someone who can take charge and lead a team of 2-3 customer relations staff members.
