We are searching for someone to fill a full-time, day position. We are a Call Center that is open 24X7X365. You may be required to work weekends and holidays. We are looking for dedicated employees who will be handling inbound and outbound telephone calls. Documenting all customer information accurately and concisely. Maintain all records and files per the company's standard operating procedures (SOP's). Communicate with third party entities in a professional and informative manner regarding customer needs. Compliance with HIPAA regulations
Relocation costs may be covered.
A successful candidate for this job must be able to type at least 30 WPM. Candidate must be familiar with common desktop applications. Technical applications or navigational software knowledge is a plus. Candidate must have the proven ability to communicate in a clear and understandable manner and must demonstrate good listening skills great attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service occupation is a plus. Company will provide EMD(emergency medical dispatch), HIPAA, and CPR training. New hires must be available for three full days of training in Salt Lake City.
