HR manager for Home care agency in Murray Utah. The role interacts with four other office staff and several caregivers in the field. Position reports to the Clinical Supervisor. Must have 2 years minimum of HR experience and references.

Job Responsibilities: ??? Payroll processing (bi-monthly) ??? Employee training (quarterly) ??? Assist with annual employee review ??? Maintenance of employee handbook ??? New hire company orientation and exit interviews ??? Oversight of caregiver schedules with staffing coordinator ??? Timely submission of background checks ??? Answer internal and external questions on employment verification and job postings ??? Follow up on employee unemployment requests through DWS ??? Maintain on call calendar ??? Maintain employee certification/documentation and training requirements i.e. CEU???s, TB testing, C.N.A. registry status etc.
