Oversee all receptionist duties. Greets all visitors and directs all incoming calls to proper department/employee. Performs variety of clerical duties as assigned by management. Collects and distributes mail and messages to proper departments. Processes outgoing mail. Prepares and process billing invoices to customer. Assists other departments with projects when needed and other duties that may be assigned. Types memos, correspondence and other documents. The Accounts Payable main function and responsibility is having all cash distributions correspond with accurate inventory and expense invoices. Process all payables, receive in inventory. Some A/R duties to include invoicing/billing.
Relocation costs may be covered.
2+years experience in general office functions, exceptional communications skills, front office professional dress code is a must. Commitment to excellent work ethics.
