Provides exceptional customer service at all times. Installs, configures, and maintains work stations and associated peripherals at assigned school locations and maintains an accurate inventory of school technologies. Provides district-wide remote support as part of a help desk team and will be asked to work collaboratively throughout the other schools in the district. Performs basic network administration tasks such as creating user accounts, adding computers to the domain, provisioning IP phones, creating printer shares, pulling cable and installing wireless access points, etc.
This is a contract position.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Considerable knowledge of: Windows operating systems; computer and printer hardware repair; basic network administration (Active Directory, Citrix, Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco routers and switches, 802.11 Wireless). Preference will be given to individuals with relative industry certifications or comparable experience.
