DESCRIPTION We are looking for a full time (32+ hours per week) Artisan Bread Baker for our store located in West Valley. This store will be opening September 11th.
Relocation costs may be covered.
DUTIES Work, manage and oversee the production and baking of all Hearth breads, Sweet and Sandwich breads. You must be able to follow instructions and standard recipes to meet exact standards. Must be able to manage day-to-day Baker duties and operations. Must be able to perform physical tasks (able to lift 50 lbs. above waist). This is a high volume production environment and you must have a high sense of urgency. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a stressful environment. Holidays are peak times and no time off is given during peak holidays. Please do not apply if you do not have bread baking or kitchen experience. QUALIFICATIONS You must know your way around a kitchen, know how to use ovens and mixers, be able and willing to maintain a clean working environment. Culinary school is not a must but a plus. Must be quick with hands, able to multi-task, must be able to lift 50 lbs above waist, must pay attention to detail and follow corporate recipes and guidelines. Be available from 12pm - 11pm, 5-6 days per week. Must work Fridays, Sundays, and Holidays.
