Growing small business in technology and government contracts is seeking an experienced executive assistant /office coordinator. Relieves the executives of administrative type functions in order to increase the time they have available for executive level responsibilities. May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Maintains office supplies inventory. Typically reports to an executive.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite required. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
