Descente North America, a leading high-end ski apparel brand, is in search of a highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional talent to work as a Customer Service Representative. In your role in Customer Service you will work with the Customer Service Manager and Director of Operations to develop and build on the heritage and culture of the brand to fulfill growth objectives and facilitate an excellent experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities & Duties: -Creating value through positive exchanges with retailers, by fulfilling their expectations of Descente -Maintain and service our customer inquiries in a polite professional manner -Process product orders, run reports, and become proficient in industry standard operating systems (EDI, SPS, etc) -Be able to respond quickly to customers, report to team, manage email and phone -Assist with special projects -Be able to work proficiently during peak stressful periods -Be a proactive problem solver who can trouble-shoot issues We are looking to add another member to our team, one that is interested in joining our great heritage as a brand.
