CAO Lighting (CAO), located in West Jordan, UT, is looking for a Lighting Sales Specialist to assist in the promotion and sales of LED lighting products specifically through large retail establishments. CAO is an innovative technology leader, has created many fundamental IPs, and also built many unique products based its own IPs. CAO utilizes three economical engines including OEM, Branding, and Licensing to grow the business. Job Summary: LED lighting sales specialist to target national retail stores to implement sales programs within their organization.

Essential Job duties: ??? Significant travel throughout the United States to call on large big box type retailers and execute sales programs of our products with this type of client. ??? Demonstrates LED Lighting product by showing samples, Power Point presentations, catalogs. ??? Able to emphasize valuable features to highlight selling points ??? Responsible for contract negotiations with retail partners to enhance sell-in and sell-through results. ??? Serves as liaison between retail partners and internal teams such as finance, sales, operations, and executive leadership teams. ??? Responsible for providing forecasts based on client needs. ??? Prepares call and travel reports and manages an expense account. ??? Responsible for P&L for accounts managed. ??? Coordinates customer training programs as necessary ??? Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts and key leadership at each account. ??? Investigates and offers solutions for customer problems and concerns. ??? Attends trade shows in promoting our products. ??? Acts as a brand ambassador to each of our retail accounts by building top of mind consumer awareness for our brands at each prospective retailer. Account Management Experience ??? Candidate must have demonstrate a successful track record successfully growing large national retail accounts. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience managing large retail accounts. Attention to detail and organization skills a must. Must be a team player, technical knowledge is helpful. Experience Requirements: Self-motivated At least 3 years of national or regional account sales experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma required, college degree preferred or equivalent experience
