Large Salt Lake City Law Firm seeks entry-level Administrative Assistant for a team-oriented office in the Sugarhouse area. Excellent full-time employee benefits package including paid insurance, retirement plan, and paid-time off.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of law firm experience with a solid understanding of client service, clerical and secretarial duties. Preference given to applicants with experience in estate planning, tax and business transactional tasks. Position will assist with all administrative aspects of the attorneys' practice through effective communication, with emphasis on prioritization, phone coverage, records management, time entry and other time-sensitive projects. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, a professional demeanor, excellent judgment, superior written and verbal communication skills. Also requires strong PC skills with experience in WordPerfect, Microsoft Word and MS Office, and digital document management.
