    Job Description

    Grace Global Corporation is seeking a sales representative for its Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) business in Salt Lake City, Utah. Grace Global Corporation, a Value Added Reseller of computer and network equipment, hosting services, consulting, private cloud computing, Software as a Service, Hardware as a Service, and managed IT services for the past 11 years is looking to expand its SMB portfolio with the assistance of a sales professional comfortable with the possibility of migrating into a leadership sales position. You will be joining a company dedicated to maintaining respect for the individual, and fostering individual growth. Grace Global staff will be responsible for providing you with the foundation for selling value to prospective clients, the expertise to meet that value, and how that value distinguishes us from the competition. This is predominantly a commission-centric position with a base salary and an initial two-month lead. Our compensation plan has no cap and is tiered at a modest quota and at specific levels above that quota. In other words, we???ve built a simple compensation plan that makes it easy to succeed, and gets progressively more excellent when you exceed. The more revenue you generate, the larger your piece of the percentage pie. ??? This job will require interaction and networking with CEOs, CFOs, business owners, legal and medical professionals, IT professionals, and office staff at all levels. ??? This job will require some telephone cold calling, tailoring automated email campaigns to existing leads, contacting prospects and opportunities, and visiting potential clients when appropriate. ??? This job requires some travel to existing clients and potential clients, most of which are local. You may also travel to local trade shows and business/networking events with the possibility of some interstate travel. ??? This job requires the accurate, daily capture of all activities within our CRM software, including reporting, opportunities, quotas, orders, and agreements.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    ??? Must have a business-focused mindset with an ability to understand how existing and potential customers work, analyzing complex, disparate data to synthesize strategies and ideas on how best to help customers succeed. ??? Generally, you must be able to effectively identify and qualify new leads through networking, channel partners, cold calling, and other sources. ??? Must be able to read, understand and respond efficiently, effectively, and clearly to RFPs/RFQs. ??? Must have familiarity with CRM software (the specific flavor is not important). ??? Must have the boilerplate set of skills all sales representatives should have: Professional presentation skills and highly developed interpersonal skills; ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams; and highly self-motivated with proven experience managing multiple accounts/relationships. ??? Experience selling managed IT services and hosting services to companies in the small, mid-range and large space is preferred, but also not necessary.
