Description: ****CLASS STARTING OCTOBER 21ST**** In this role, you will be a Sales and Customer Service representative for Young Living Essential Oils. Young Living is a world leader in essential oils and wellness solutions. As a representative, it will be your job to ensure that customers have a great customer service experience while constantly building brand loyalty, sentiment, relevance, and influence. This will be accomplished by engaging customers via the telephone, in a fun and friendly manner, while maintaining a professional demeanor. Applicants for this position must possess a positive attitude, a strong understanding of how to use a combination of phone systems, computer databases, and a variety of media platforms, tools, and technologies. The candidate will be working with a team to ensure that questions, orders, suggestions, complaints, and compliments are addressed in an accurate and timely manner for all communication portals. Duties: o Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. o Greet customers warmly, ascertain problem or reason for contact; constantly maintain a positive and energetic attitude. o Verify all required and pertinent information for each customer interaction. o Utilize appropriate tools and resources, including knowledge-base, to properly assess and address each interaction. o Resolve customer complaints via phone, by clarifying the customer's needs; then selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. o Advise on company information, new products, pricing, and promotions, including education, next steps, and setting expectations. o Input correct orders and educate and upsell customers on new products/promotions o Confirm shipping and order status??? o Customer Focus ??? A successful candidate will always put the needs of the customer first and provide impeccable service at all times while not showing any annoyance or frustration. o Sales ability and demonstrated up selling ability ??? Able to successfully identify, recommend , and sell relevant Young Living Products and services o Interpersonal Skills ??? A successful candidate must possess a strong set of interpersonal skills to ensure that the Customer Experience is always exceptional. These would include, empathy, tact, patience, and listening skills. o Teamwork ??? A successful candidate must possess an outstanding desire to work as part of a team. They must be able to get other individuals in their organization to work together to ensure the highest level of customer service is always maintained regardless of the specific individual a customer speaks with. o Tech Savvy- Able to comprehend technology. It???s imperative to have a basic proficiency. o Typing Proficiency o Must be able to type at least 30 WPM with at least 85% accuracy. o Will be given a WPM Test during interview process. o Strong English, Spelling, and Grammar Skills o Strong Communication Skills o Must be able to enunciate clearly in English for all phone interactions. o Must be easily understood in English via the spoken word and written forms of communication. o Strong Analytical Skills o Must have the ability to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and give the appropriate response.

o Professional Appearance o Minimum of 2 years in a customer service and sales experience in a call center environment recommended. o MLM knowledge is preferable o Passionate about representing brands and health awareness o Some college education is preferred o High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is necessary o Pursuit of Associate???s or Bachelor???s Degree in Business, English, Health, or Marketing recommended, but not required.
