Self starter, licensed property and casualty insurance CSR needed to handle small but growing independent book of business. Duties include submitting applications, analyzing and preparing quotes, processing change requests and providing certificates of insurance. Will be interacting with clients and insurance company underwriters. Competitive salary plus commissions on current book of business plus additional commissions on new business; total compensation range is $40,000-$48,000+ per year depending on experience and qualifications. (This is NOT a sales job but compensation is unlimited for hard working, ambitious individual) Full benefit package.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Must be licensed in property and casualty insurance; life and health license helpful but not required. 2-4+ years experience in managing a property & casualty book of business. CIC & CISR designations helpful but not required. Experienced with AMS management system helpful but not required. Basic computer and phone skills needed. Must be smart, organized, highly motivated and a self starter.
