VMI Nutrition is looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist position to support the Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time position eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays. The Human Resources Generalist assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. VMI Nutrition is a privately owned SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS COMPANY. We provide BRAND PARTNERS with back-end services so they can focus on doing what they do best: BUILDING THE BRAND. ???General knowledge of employment laws and practices. ???Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs. ???Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. ???Effective oral and written communication. ???Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. ???Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. ???Excellent organizational skills. Education and Experience ???Bachelor's degree ??? One to three years of experience in Human Resources positions.
