Full time 40 hr/wk, afternoon/evening shift with varying hours between 11:30am to 8:00pm with varying 2 days off per week. Seeking a professional, outgoing person who can multi task. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette required. Must be PC literate with excellent communication skills. Responsible for answering incoming calls and intiate calls to insurance companies to assist customers with insurance claim filing. Code, log and input work orders via phone and fax and follow up on open work orders. Invoice claims, reconcile reports and process collection calls. Resolve customer problems and complaints. No sales.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Requires 1 year customer service experience with 6 months office experience. Bilingual a plus.
