Important Support Role to all office staff, merchants and third party relationships. A desire to help solve issues is a MUST! Inbound and outbound calls for problem resolution and follow-up. Must work with ALL types of people in all levels of business. May include on site installation and problem solving. Handle pressure situations in a calm and professional manner. general office duties including multi line phones, filing, copying, faxing, shipping, mailing, record-keeping, spreadsheets, heavy email traffic, office supplies, downloading terminals, application submissions, information search and retrieval, reception duties and other duties as assigned by manager

Associates Degree, 2-4 years related office experience or a combination of both Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction Proficient in Microsoft Products especially Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to deal with a diverse population of people Commitment to Company, Clients, excellence and high standards Strong Organizational Skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and workflow Minimum typing skills of 45 wpm
