About the company: PMD offers beautifully effective at-home microdermabrasion using a patented spinning disc system that puts the individual in full control of their treatments. We help individuals with all skin types rejuvenate their skin and build brilliant confidence. PMD is a fast paced high growth company that is looking for an account manager to be apart of the team. PMD???s at-home microdermabrasion tool is sold in high-end retailers like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, QVC, Barneys, Costco and many more. Job Title: Account Manager and Product Trainer Job summary: Account manager for a large company account. Coordinate and train retail sales representatives. Support the marketing team. Report directly to the CMO. Responsibilities and duties: -PMD Personal Microderm product specialist and trainer for multiple accounts. -Account Manager overseeing logistics, training, sales and distribution for a significant vendor. -Support and train national and retail representatives and accounts. -Oversee, create and manage multiple Spa's, Dermatologist offices, Salons, etc. -Travel to retail locations to train sales reps and ensure programs are successful. -Enforce internet and pricing policies with Amazon, eBay and other retailers. -Build relationships with managers of retail locations. Create incentive programs and ensure training and goals being reached. -Oversee trade-shows (B2B and B2C) *Non inclusive list. Company is seeing high growth and employee will be asked to do several other tasks.

Skills and abilities Extremely good at communicating both orally and in writing. Excellent at building relationships with vendors, contractors and other employees in the office. Strong Sales Skills a must. Must be able to understand and create tactics and strategies to motivate others. Ability to effectively train large groups in-person, on the phone and in writing. Highly motivated, driven and honest. Savvy with Microsoft office and the internet. Has passion for and understands retail sales, training, the beauty industry. Entrepreneurial abilities and passion. Education and Work Experience: Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years in retail, training and beauty industry experience.
