At ExecuTrain of Utah we are looking for the perfect Full-time technical sales person; selling computer training solutions to strategic customers and other business accounts. Overview Employer: ExecuTrain of Utah Position: Strategic Sales Account Executive Product: Selling computer training solutions to large and medium sized companies, including; ??? Standard Desktop Applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint ??? Information Technology, such as Windows Server, Microsoft Sharepoint, SQL, Cisco, Citrix and many others ??? Business Skills, such as Time Management, Managing Others, etc. Employee Type: Full-Time Base Pay: Commensurate with experience Other Pay: Commission structure Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision and 401K.     Key Responsibilities ??? Meet or exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly basis. ??? Create new opportunities within existing accounts. ??? Deal with High-level CFO, CLO, CTO personnel, HR and IT managers, as well as individual students ??? Drive demand in your territory through focused telephone campaigns, e-mail campaigns, and other innovative demand generation activities. ??? Cultivate leads by assessing the unique opportunities and laying out the value proposition for customers including a proactive follow-up. ??? Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests. ??? Configure the product package by conducting a needs analysis to meet the end users requirements. ??? Develop a unique follow-up methodology to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of account or territory assignments based on your understanding of your sales opportunities. ??? Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including extensive cold calling, qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations and the closing process. ??? Maintain and expand your sales, ExecuTrain solutions, industry, market and competitive knowledge and skills. ??? Develop and maintain a deep understanding of your territory; the customers, the prospects, the partners, the influencer's, etc. ??? Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction within the accounts in your territory. ??? Keep selling tools up-to-date, accurate, detailed, and error-free. These tools include but are not limited to, forecasting, account plans, opportunity plans, territory plans, and CRM. Knowledge and Skills Basic selling skills: Establishes rapport, determines customer needs, relates benefits to product features, handles objections, and closes. Strategic and Consultative selling skills: Listens beyond product needs and establishes a vision of a client-vendor relationship that supports the strategic direction of both organizations. Consulting skills: Involves others in decision that will affect them, encourages participation of key stakeholders in problem solving, and develops breakthrough ideas and solutions. Computer literacy: Has basic computer skills for application to prospecting and marketing programs, including customer contact and customer management Product Knowledge: Possesses expertise related to ExecuTrain of Utah???s products and services as well as crucial aspects of the business. Problem-solving skills: Anticipates problems, invites ideas, distinguishes symptoms from causes, creates proposals, and implements solutions. Financial analysis: Understands the financial impact of decisions on the client, the client???s customer, and ExecuTrain of Utah. Market analysis: Understands market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets and the competition. Business planning: Understands the factors that affect an industry???s potential for profitability and growth and a company???s competitive position, and how this information is used to determine the strategic direction and annual business plan for the company. Job Requirements ??? Minimum 2 - 5 years successful direct sales experience in technology, training, software or adjacent industries ??? Bachelor's degree preferred, but commensurate work experience acceptable - Computer Science Degree a plus ??? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline ??? Demonstrate a successful track record in previous sales job ??? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills, ??? Experience with consultative sales methodology preferred ??? Ability to sell in a team environment ???
