As a member of the Commissions Management Services Department, a CSA is responsible for preparation and execution of the global commission run, which is used to calculate and disseminate commission payments for all NSE distributors worldwide. A CSA's main responsibilities include analyzing, specifying, documenting, testing, implementing, auditing, and reviewing changes to the commissions system and all supporting software. Under minimal supervision ensures accuracy and completeness of commissions software/ configuration changes, commissions test audits, and production commissions audits. Manages the transfer of all commissions related data to and from the corporate commissions environment. Coordinates with corporate management, Finance, IT, and regional business leaders on all compensation plan initiatives and incentive programs.

Bachelor's degree required, with Information Technology related background preferred; or equivalent experience (3 years analysis experience preferred). 2.Three to four years of NSE CMS Commissions & Accounts Analyst experience preferred. 3.Ability to understand business requests and create business requirement documentation. 4.General business analyst and technical writing skills and experience preferred. 5.Ability to work with programmer analysts and key decisions makers from the business. 6.Ability to multi-task and manage several concurrent project deliverables. Ability to meet milestones under minimal supervision required. 7.Operational knowledge of NSE Commissions System preferred. 8.Operational knowledge of general software development methodologies preferred. 9.Operational knowledge of NSE commissions processes, business rules, and corporate structure preferred. 10.Additionally, the qualified candidate will possess the following attributes: 11.Ability to work under minimal supervision. 12.Excellent organizational skills. 13.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 14.High Creativity. 15.Self-motivated/ proactive. 16.Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications required, with knowledge of Visio and issue tracking software preferred.
