About the Job: Zane Prep INC provides supplemental STEM enrichment courses in independently owned school campuses, retail store campuses, and teacher-owned virtual campuses. Its flagship product, Zane Math K-8, takes the world???s best Asian and Western math programs to a new level by customizing the Curriculum for each student. We provide retail offerings in three specific areas: STEM Enrichment, Homework Center, and Math Tutoring. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service by presenting pricing, preparing sales, and processing transactions Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and store security Ensure employees effectively follow company standards, policies, procedures and implement awareness of Zane Prep products Initiate, develop and support store events, sales driving activities and outreach programs to build Zane Prep awareness and increase sales Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner Deliver excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands our customer base Possess the ability to manage multiple employees and are able to recognize a challenge and identify a solution Outgoing personality that is able to effectively communicate with both parents and kids
