DocuTech is accepting applications for the position of National Account Manager in the Salt Lake City, UT and/or Phoenix, AZ area. Job Summary: DocuTech looking for a motivated applicant with extensive mortgage background and a knowledge of Loan Origination Systems. This person would be the key contact between major mortgage lenders and their software/compliance company. Responsibilities: ??? Day to day communication with clients regarding software, documents, compliance and mortgages in general. ??? Troubleshoot wide range of scenarios. ??? Build internal relationships with lender???s key contacts. ??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ??? Must be able to handle multiple tasks at a time and meet strict deadlines. ??? Ability to work independently and see projects through start to finish.

Qualifications: Education & Experience o College degree preferred, but not mandatory o Mortgage industry experience; knowledge of Loan Origination Systems o Great communication skills with a customer service flair
