Details: To fill this position, a successful candidate must demonstrate their capabilities with the following position needs; -Front office reception, phones, office management and staff support -General financial data entry, vendors, invoicing, collections, clients and sales cycle support -File system, organization, archive and data management -Self sufficiency, perception and insight, strong support qualities -Achieving daily awesomity, 360 Ollies and turning mundane into Mega Tope. Summary: This individual will possess strong computer skills including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, word processing, and email. Competence in QuickBooks accounting software is a big, BIG plus when applying. In addition, candidates need to be comfortable managing a small team of individuals by providing consistent expectations and clear feedback. To be clear, this position is a hybrid position combing reception, clerical, office management and executive support.
