XOLights is looking for someone to join our team in a full-time customer support position. We are looking for someone with experience in customer support and enjoys pleasing our customers. This positions handles many aspects of customer support dept, including,phone and email support for a browser based product. Creating and tracking trouble tickets for customers. Working with other departments like and Development and Data to solve customer issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in technical customer support via phone and email Experience with basic computer trouble shooting skills Experience with browser based software products. Experience with Microsoft Office products Must be reliable and punctual Ability to multitask and get work done efficiently and accurately Should have strong problem solving skills SQL experience a plus HTML experience a plus
